Return & Exchange Policy – ScentsEffections
At ScentsEffections, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
You notify us within 3 days of receiving the order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, perfumes, cosmetics, or opened items cannot be returned unless they are defective or wrong.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Used or opened products
Items damaged due to customer misuse
Products bought on sale or promotion (unless faulty)
3. Return Process
Contact us at scenstaffections502@gmail.comwithin 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, pictures of the product and packaging, and reason for return.
Our support team will review your request and guide you on the return steps.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund (where applicable).
4. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or as store credit.
Delivery charges are non-refundable (except in case of wrong or faulty product).
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items.
If your desired item is out of stock, you may choose another item or receive store credit.
