We offer both standard and express delivery options, allowing you to choose the service that suits your needs. All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, and you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s journey in real-time.

While delivery times may vary depending on your location, we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of every order.

1. Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, our team gets to work immediately. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day, depending on product availability and the time of order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may take an additional business day to process.

2. Shipping Options

We offer multiple delivery options tailored to your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Arrives within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

  • Expedited Shipping: For quicker delivery, arrives within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available in select areas for urgent orders, ensuring your perfume reaches you the very next day.

At checkout, you'll be able to select your preferred shipping method and view the corresponding delivery cost and estimated arrival time.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely delivery. All orders are securely packaged, with special care taken for fragile items like perfume bottles to prevent any damage in transit.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time via the courier’s tracking portal.

5. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan. While we do not yet offer international shipping, we are actively exploring ways to bring Scentsaffections to global customers in the near future.

6. Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and selected delivery method. These will be clearly displayed during checkout.

7. Missing or Damaged Items
